Return & Refund Policy
FLAMEZ BY SAGE wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your products be received damaged or unusable, please contact us by email at flamezbysage@gmail.com. Emails are always getting checked between times 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. CST. We usually respond within 1-2 business days and you will be instructed on how to return your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customer's responsibility to return the items to FLAMEZ BY SAGE.
FULL REFUND, you must return your purchase within 10 days of the delivery date. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (unused or tampered with) with everything that came with the purchase. Please open/unscrew the spray bottle to smell it! A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
WE CAN NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IF YOU USED OR BURNED ANY PORTION OF YOUR CANDLE(S) OR OTHER PRODUCTS FROM FLAMEZ BY SAGE!! If the item is damaged, for example, a broken container, please send us a photo. Once verified, we will ship you a replacement.
